This was taken yesterday afternoon. We broke out the "popstickles" as Lexie calls them. Last year she didn't care for them. I would say she really loves them this year!

Kaki decided to get in Lexie's pool with her. She LOVED it. I have a feeling that mommy will wind up hanging out in that pool this summer too. She would play for HOURS in it as long as someone is there to play with her.
Papaw and Kaki also brought over an M&M dispenser. She loved it as you can see on her face!!
We had such a good time. We love when Dad and Cathy come over. Tonight we put her to bed and she said "when I wake up, papaw and kaki be here". Nope baby, not tomorrow but they will be back soon!

Scenario #1
We ordered queso dip at Pasado's. Then we split fajitas. I asked them to bring me a spoon for Lexie so she could eat the shredded cheese from the fajitas. I look over and she is eating "queso" with the spoon. I said "Lexie, that's not the cheese you are suppose to eat with the spoon. Why are you doing that?". She replied "I not doing nothing mommy". ROFL
Scenario#2
Ryan and I were talking and she was sitting there eating a flour tortilla. I saw her staring at something over my shoulder. I said "Lexie what are you looking at?". She said "I just looking at some people mommy". Like it was an exhibit at the zoo.
Funny #3
Ryan just told Lexie he was tired (bathing her). She replied "You can go nigh-nigh after you put me in bed".
Granted everyone thinks their children are funny but I am assured that others find Lexie just as funny as Ryan and I do. She is an absolute HOOT and you NEVER know what she is going to say. This child talks and talks and talks. I'm almost 110% positive that she gets that from her daddy. :)
